COVID-19 and the gender gap
McKinsey has posted an interesting article over the gender gap in the COVID-19 era.
Since March, the world has been gripped by the pandemic. The long term consequences are far reaching and difficult to predict, in all aspects of our lives.
How will the children be affected? Our long term health (physical and psycho-emotional)? Work? A recession?
Diversity and inclusion issues, new discrimination?
Gender roles and equality is certainly affected by the pandemic.
